We acknowledge with great appreciation the thoughtful

care which has been devoted to the preparation of the

representations submitted, These have been of the greatest

assistance to the Committee.

We also acknowledge our indebtedness to Mr. Colman for

the information which he has given on the subject of port

dinistration.

We wish to express our appreciation of the valuable

scrvices rendered by Mr. C. G. F. F. Melmoth, who acted as

Scoretary to the Committee, and also of the services of

Liss Irving who has most capably handled a great volume of

typing and stencil-cutting.
